Section 62
Punishment for using a postage stamp that has been used before
: If a person re-uses a postage stamp knowing that it has been used before by forgery or with malicious intent to cause damage to the Government of Nepal, he shall be imprisoned for one year after collecting the amount that has caused damage to the Government of Nepal. There will be a fine of up to ten thousand rupees.
